- “Like a chocolate mousse, but red…” Mousse de Rouge is a creamy, airy lipstick with a velvety matte finish. Apply a small amount with your finger for a bitten-mouth finish, or with a brush for intense color: its highly pigmented formula requires little product and doesn’t dry out lips. It’s available in six shades to collect and create your own palette. Mousse de Rouge can also be used as a blush to enhance cheekbones. It’s made in Italy. It is vegan and not tested on animals.
